Hai there! So, I'm new... and ready to plot! =P
This here (*points at sig*) is Princess Roesia of the kingdom of Lys. To understand who she is, and why she is the way she is, you'd have to dwell into her--and her kingdom's history--a bit.
The kingdom of Lys has always been small, but prosperous. It is well-known for its abundance of minerals and jewels--though small, it has always held great political power because of this... its jewels are probably one of the most expensive exports.
ANYWAYS. ;_; The Erolea 'dynasty', if you will, has ruled Lys for... forever. Really. Well... up until twelve years ago. When Roesia was six (she's eighteen now), the Silian king conspired with Roesia's uncle to usurp Roesia's father and take over the throne. He succeeded--but Roesia escaped unscathed; though from that day forth, she was proclaimed dead. Since then, Lys has only grown more and more tyrannical. Though Silus hasn't taken over Lys, they are so intimidating that the new king will do anything for them. Their economy is going down every-day, because more and more of their exports are given to the Silian king for free. The new king is sickly, however, and his son is bound to take over the throne soon enough. To prove himself, his son has traveled to Regina for diplomatic matters. And that's where Roesia comes in.
She's been living the life of a gypsy pretty much since escaping the palace. She knows of her past, however--and has trained herself in every known physical or combatial art. She has been educated as a man. She still has refinement to her--but she's much more opinionated than the average woman. She speaks her mind, and has a sharp tongue. She's brave, however, and extremely loyal to her friends.
And... yeah. She's come to Regina to confront her cousin/reveal her existence/pretty much kill the entire Silian royal line for participating in the usurping of her father. I don't know if she'll reveal herself right away--but she's technically the rightful heir, and the people of Lys will certainly remember that. She has the family heritage (a sapphire necklace) to prove it, and the "tattoo" that marks her as one of royal blood.
And... yeah. Sorry that came out so long. <.< Plot, anyone? I really want somethings interestingggg... :33
