So! Di and I were talking about our day-out for Berlus as Adalia and got into the subject of the Regina garden design, since we were considering sending the pair out into the cultivated hinterland.
Here we have stolen eh-hem, borrowed some lovely images from various websites, taking inspiration from the Canadian Butchart Gardens and elsewhere.
Along with the coolio garden maze than was previously described, Di and I were considering adding a small pond in the center of the works; lilies, water fowl, and the like included, of course. :3
In the middle of the pond, suspended in the water, there is an ornate, pearly white gazebo, which one can access by a series of quaint stepping stones leading to the steps of the structure.
Now, rewinding a bit, from the spacious porch that overlooks the garden, the main aisle connected to the beginning of the maze is covered by multiple arches, each one draped with flowers.
